Brand & content strategy
Before creating any brand story, we work closely with client teams to understand customer needs and business objectives. We couple this with using the latest technologies to drive an advantage on SEO, analysis and tracking, content originality and performance-based marketing campaigns. The result — a well-defined experience whether online or on video.
Ideation & Agentic AI
Vanguard - conversational agents
We scaled this leading global finance institution’s conversation experience using Microsoft PVA, PowerBi and Copilot. Vanguard’s original NLP bot only had 800 interactions per month and was poorly populated. We took it to 8,000 per month, and from being on 1 page to 14.
Over the span of the whole project we boosted resolution rates from 8% to 60%. This success evolved into the exploration and delivery of a LLM, and AI-driven version powered by Microsoft Copilot.
Vodafone - TOBi
Focussing initially on SIM only, we researched persona groups, buying behaviour and started to build out the conversations that would eventually lead to increased engagement, ROI and an award for TOBi - Vodafone’s first ever agent.
The platform used IBM Watson Assistant (an early AI-powered experience back in 2019).
FIFA - Women’s World Cup Ideation
In preparation for the Women’s World Cup final in Sydney, we partnered with London agency Klein & Sons to produce a range of ideas for the big screen at a pre-final event attended by delegates, sponsors and FIFA representatives.

bpCore - Design Guide
We created design system documentation for bpCore - BP’s sustainable design guidelines. This project picked up The Harmony Award.
Each area documents everything from typography and asset creation to accessibility guidelines.
bpCore saves designers and developers worldwide from recreating components, resulting in reduced energy use and unnecessary emissions.
G42 - the creation of a new brand
Working closely with G42 Venture building team which is part of the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth fund we created a completely new brand and design guideline.
Knots - Brand identity
With the World’s first pretzel making machine at the core of this Florida restaurant’s story, we began to create an identity that was emblematic of the creation of each doughy pretzel.
From the logo to the brand’s story appearing in the restaurant’s windows before opening, we gave Knot’s and pretzels a fresh spin appealing to a modern day audience.
Language Supermercado - EdTech
This language comparison site uses a mixture of smart tech and traditional research methods to surface the best English and Spanish courses.
Taking one of the most intelligent mimics (the Amazon Parrot) and a subtle hint of underlying smart tech, we created an identity that represents a smart choice while echoing the needs of its audience.
